No smartphones are required for the basic plan. If you upgrade your system with the Social Circle Apps you will need a CareHub 365 Account. It works as both a web portal and a mobile app. Download "CareHub 365" via Google Play™ or the Apple® App Store.

The device will have a circle that will be green at the best coverage, yellow when its middle, and red when it's poor

The strap is made out of TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane plastic), and the band is not changeable. The only color offered at the moment is black.

We offer two wristband lengths, a shorter (standard length) that measures 5 1/4" to 7" and a longer option that measures 7" to 7 3/4". A measuring tape can be printed here

While your MG Move is water-resistant (IP67 rated), it is NOT water-proof. What's the difference? Water-resistant can handle the accidental spill of a drink, walking in the rain, and washing of the hands. It can NOT, however, handle any sort of prolonged water exposure or submersion, like taking a bath, or a dip in the pool.

Your MG Move will need to be charged daily, just like any smartwatch or mobile/cell phone. Charging only takes 1-2 hours. With our new Voice Assist charging feature, the watch will tell you when you have the watch correctly connected to the magnetic charger and is charging. Note: If the watch is completely discharged, it will not sound until it has a minimal charge.
